Hazelnutcake with Goatmese

from Sweden

Method:

Preheat the oven to 175C.

Grease a round 1.5 l baking tin and sprinkel with crumbs.

Beat eggs and sugar until white and fluffy. Mix it with the goatmese.

Mix together the hazelnuts, flour and baking powder. Stir with the batter. Pour into the tin and bake for about 35 minutes.

Divided the cake when it is cooled down.

Tear apples rough and mix with half of the whipped cream. Add the mixture between the bottoms and spread the rest of the cream on top of cake.

You will need

3 eggs
1.5 dl sugar
1 dl goatmese (reduced caramelized whey)
2 dl milled hazelnuts
1.5 dl flour
1 tsp baking soda
