[News from FACE] Are you excited about the annual meeting in Norway?

There is now only about one month until we all see each other in Oslo, Norway.

You will get to visit different artisan cheese producers, and there will be a conference where you will listen to experienced speakers talk around the concept of taste! How to decide on the quality of cheese? How should you talk about the cheese to your customers? How does your brain experience taste? This and more will all be at the conference.

The European cheese buffet will not only be filled with European cheeses, but also Norwegian cheeses and Norwegian specialities such as rakfisk and rømmegrøt.

The Norwegian Committee are very much looking forward receiving you all in Oslo.
