For her first placed film Roberta from Italy won a 3-day professional cheesemaking course at the “School of Artisanal Food” in Worksop, UK near Nottingham. And a visit tour in several farmhouse dairies in the area of the course. Including a contribution to the travel and accommodation costs.
The second and third prize were in reality two second places and Sarah from UK and Sonia from Spain received each one a selection of books about European traditional cheeses.
